Yes, we ship worldwide!Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@hellofeels.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. At Hellofeels, we offer exclusive pre-orders for select drops and custom designs. To ensure you understand the process, please review our pre-order policy below:
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. This guarantees your spot and allows us to start preparing your item.
Estimated Shipping Date: Pre-orders are generally shipped within 2-4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of your purchase. Please note this is an estimate, and there may be unforeseen delays in production or shipping. We will keep you informed of any significant changes.
Order Changes & Cancellations: Once placed, pre-orders cannot be modified or canceled, as each item is made-to-order specifically for you. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping rates apply to all pre-orders. Please refer to our Shipping policy for more details. Orders above $29 will have no shipping cost.
Multiple Orders: If you place a pre-order alongside in-stock items, they will be shipped separately. You will receive your in-stock items first, and your pre-order will follow once ready.
Delays & Updates: While we strive to meet the estimated shipping date, delays may occur due to production or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any delay, we will notify you via email and keep you updated on your order status.
Refunds & Returns: Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are custom-made.
